SASEBO, Japan (July 20, 2016) Capt. Ed Thompson, commander of Amphibious Squadron 11, salutes Capt. Kristy McCallum, outgoing commanding officer of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20) during a change of command ceremony. McCallum was relieved by Capt. Nathan Moyer. Green Bay is attached to the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group and is currently in port conducting preparations for an upcoming deployment to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
