Moran spoke on the importance of diversity and inclusion to Navy leaders and held a Q&A session. The NNOA's mission is to enhance sea service operational readiness by providing professional development, mentoring, and recruiting support in an effort to achieve a diverse officer corps that reflects the demographics of the nation.
