SASEBO, Japan (Aug. 21, 2016) Cmdr. Manuel Hernandez, commanding officer aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Spruance (DDG 111) talks to a Japanese harbor pilot while Spruance departs Sasebo, Japan, Aug. 19, 2016, following a scheduled port call.
