ARABIAN GULF (Sept. 14, 2016) Rear Adm. Jesse Wilson, left, Vice Adm. Kevin Donegan, commander, U.S. Naval Forces, Central Command, and Rear Adm. James J. Malloy, commander, Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 10, bow their heads during the benediction of the CSG 10 change of command ceremony in the forecastle of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike) in which Malloy relieved Wilson. Ike and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
