An Oregon Army National Guard Soldier with the 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team completes paperwork with a cadre member at one of the testing areas before completing one of the 15 weapons lanes as part of the Expert Infantryman Badge (EIB) event, July 18, at Camp Roberts, Calif.
