    Oregon Army National Guard Soldier, 1st Lt. Matthew Shepergerdes, with 2nd Battalion, 162nd Infantry, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team completes the last 100 meters of a 12-mile ruck march, as part of an Expert Infantryman Badge event (EIB), held at Camp Roberts, Calif., July 21. The Expert Infantryman Badge event covers five days worth of graded Soldiering skills and has a passing rate of approximately 10-percent.
