TARBORO, N.C. – North Carolina Army National Guard soldiers, of the 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, reroute water from the downtown area to a nearby river here, Oct. 16, 2016. Divers prevent water pump strainers from clogging, by replacing them or adding new ones.
