WATERS OUTSIDE OKINAWA (Oct. 31, 2016) Seaman Quintin Reynolds braces Petty Officer 1st Class Patrick Henry as he signals to a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter, assigned to the 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, as it carries a Humvee from the flight deck of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20) during Blue Chromite. Blue Chromite is a U.S.-only exercise, which strengthens the Navy-Marine Corps expeditionary, amphibious rapid-response capabilities based in Okinawa, Japan and the greater Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
