Former Marine Alex Breckinridge, and member of the 1960 Olympic Running Team, speaks at the 41st Marine Corps Marathon (MCM) Hall of Fame reception and dinner to induct ambassadors and commemorate the event, Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, National Harbor, Md., Oct. 28, 2016.
