SABAH PROVINCE, Malaysia (November 11, 2016) – U.S. Navy, Malaysian Armed Forces and local Malaysian medical professionals pose for a picture after a medical civil affairs project during Exercise Tiger Strike 2016 in Sabah Province, Malaysia, Nov. 11. During the project, the local Malaysian nurses gave the Navy personnel a tour of the clinic and discussed their daily operations. The Navy personnel are with Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit. The 11th MEU, part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, is operating in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations in support security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
