(Nov. 17, 2016) – Petty Officer 3rd Class Kelvin Tseh (left), from Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s Wellness Center, gives Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael Land, from Patrol Squadron 30, educational information on the benefits of quitting smoking. Wellness Center staff visited Naval Air Station Jacksonville’s Commissary and Navy Exchange to share tips on becoming tobacco-free for the Great American Smokeout on Nov. 17. The Great American Smokeout encourages smokers to make a plan to quit smoking for the day, or for good. The time is now. For help quitting, call the Wellness Center at 904-542-5292.
