Moreno Tuesta, right, assigned to Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team Company, Europe (FASTEUR), from Peru, teaches Sailors and Marines assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron 4 (CRS-4) and FASTEUR the proper technique to present a cutlass during the Staff Non-Commissioned Officer Academy. Sailors assigned to CRS-4 are currently deployed for air security team (AST) and embarked security team (EST) missions.
