STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- International students participating in the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School’s International Small Arms Maintenance course participate in a classroom block on instruction at NAVSCIATTS’ facilities on the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. ISAM is a four-week course of instruction that provides personnel with the knowledge and skills required to maintain and perform basic level service repairs to both foreign and U.S. small arms and crew-served weapons systems. NAVSCIATTS falls under Naval Special Warfare Group 4 and is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under the United States Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and the geographic commander’s Theater Security Cooperation.
