Scouts from Boy Scout Troop 40 came out, Sept. 11, to landscape the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) Memorial Walk. Jacob Netzel, a member of the troop worked to raise money and gain approval from the Department of the Army for the Memorial Walk. Each stone represents a Soldier who died in combat fighting in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. There will be a dedication ceremony for the memorial on or around Dec. 2.
