U.S. Army Maj. Marcus Snow and workers at the Diyala Governor's Center set up for a post-fast meal on Oct. 18, 2006, in Baqubah, Iraq. Soldiers from 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, part of Task Force Lightning, were invited to share the meal with the governor of Diyala and his staff. The feast occurs after sunset and commemorates the end of the day's fast during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. Snow is the commander of Company B, 404th Civil Affairs Battalion, assigned to support the Diyala provincial reconstruction team. (U.S. Army photo by Capt.
