Diyala assistant governor Imad Jaleel Abdullah, center, shares a post-fast meal with U.S. Army Maj. Marcus Snow and another staff member at the Diyala Governor's Center on Oct. 18, 2006, in Baqubah, Iraq. Snow and other Soldiers from 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, part of Task Force Lightning, were invited to share the meal with the governor of Diyala and his staff. The feast occurs after sunset and commemorates the end of the day's fast during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
