PACIFIC OCEAN, Calif. -- Marines with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Sailors aboard USS AMERICA, USS SAN DIEGO and USS PEARL HARBOR conduct defensive maneuvers during a power projection drill during the Amphibious Squadron-Marine Expeditionary Unit Integration, April 8, 2017. These drills are designed to test the America Amphibious Ready Group’s ability to establish a strong maritime presence in international waters.
