Contractors working with 7th Army Training Command in Smardan, Romania begin moving 10,000 cubic meters of earth for the installation of the Theissen Mover Armor Target (MAT) system April 3, 2017. The targeting system can move a tank silhouette target at speeds up to 20 miles per hour for up to 340 meters.
