Contractors working with 7th Army Training Command in Smardan, Romania load a container filled with HESCO defensive barriers to be used as protection for the installation of the Moving Armor Target (MAT) system, Apr. 5, 2017. The targeting system can move a tank silhouette target at speeds up to 20 miles per hour for up to 340 meters.
