Department of the Army civilians from 7th Army Training command and a U.S. Army Soldier modify the rail system of the Theissen Mover Armor Target (MAT) system which is normally installed permanently in concrete, April 5, 2017. This system is being installed in a Romanian live fire range and the modification will allow the rails system to be temporarily installed and can later be moved to another location. The targeting system can move a tank silhouette target at speeds up to 20 miles per hour for up to 340 meters. The system will be used for joint live fire training with U.S. Soldiers and Romanian Land Forces during upcoming exercises. (U.S. Army photo by Martin Greeson)
