A team of four air traffic controllers from across the globe assembled to work with seven different airframes in support of multi-national, large-scale exercises Arctic Challenge, BALTOPS 17 and Saber Strike 17. Allies and partner nations rely on common tactics, techniques, and procedures that enable them to quickly combine as an effective fighting force. Forces that participate in these exercise leave with a higher state of readiness, improved interoperability with forces from NATO and partner nations, and confidence in their ability to operate together in a time of crisis.
