Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Kris A. Belanger, Commanding General, 85th Support Command, reaffirms the oath of office during her promotion to brigadier general on September 2, 2017 at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Belanger previously commanded the 4th Brigade, 94 Training Division from Atlanta, Georgia. Belanger started her military career at West Point Military Academy after her father encouraged the option to her during high school. Belanger said she is grateful for all the support she received from her family, friends, and even her co-workers at BMW. Belanger will officially assume command of the 85th SPT CMD in October.
