A water pipe spews water into the frosty morning air after being damaged by a tsunami, which was triggered by a 8.9-magnitude earthquake off the northeastern coast of Japan. The earthquake was the largest ever recorded in Japan, which caused considerable damage to the country's eastern coastline.
