Mud and petroleum residue covers the floor of U.S. FISC Yokosuka Defense Fuel Support Point Hachinohe's Terminal Office following a tsunami, which was triggered by an 8.9-magnitude earthquake. The earthquake was the largest ever recorded in Japan, which caused considerable damage to the country's eastern coastline.
