Chief Warrant Officer Steven C. Brown, the officer in charge of the 203rd Transportation Detachment and vessel master of the Maj. Gen. Robert Smalls, Logistic Support Vessel-8, marches his Soldiers into the 203rd TC Det. deployment ceremony, March 13. The 203rd TD will be sailing to Kuwait and will be responsible for reallocating equipment and supplies from Iraq to Afghanistan. Army watercraft of the 203rd TC Det. are equipped, manned and operated by the Army Reserve. The unit falls under the 359th Transportation Battalion out of Fort Eustis, Va.
