The Color Guard for the 203rd Transportation Detachment Departure Ceremony exit the drill hall after posting the American flag for the National Anthem. The 203rd TC Det. is a watercraft unit from Baltimore, that is being deployed to the Middle East aboard the Maj. Gen. Robert Smalls, the largest vessel in the U.S. Army. Army watercraft of the 203rd TC Det. are equipped, manned and operated by the Army Reserve. The unit falls under the 359th Transportation Battalion out of Fort Eustis, Va.
