DENVER, Colo. (Sept. 9, 2017) Sailors assigned to Navy Information Operations Command flag detail, fold an American flag that was later presented to Aaron Flanigan, grandnephew of Gunner's Mate 2nd Class Anthony Parrino, during a remembrance ceremony for the USS Grayling (SS-209) in Denver, Colo. During World War II, Graysling was last heard from after reporting her last kill, the passenger-cargo Meizan Maru on August 27th in the Tablas Strait.
