Members of the Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, Federal Emergency Management Agency out of Virginia, assist a St. Croix resident in need of medical care in the Hannah’s Rest area of St. Croix, Sept. 23. The group is here to conduct generalized search and rescue missions for isolated or medically at risk Hurricane Maria victims around the island, and comprises 29 search and rescue members, six force protection personnel, five Incident Support Team members and three canines.
