Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, Federal Emergency Management Agency out of Virginia are on St. Croix to conduct generalized search and rescue missions for isolated or medically at risk Hurricane Maria victims around the island, Sept. 22. The task force comprises 29 search and rescue members, six force protection personnel, five Incident Support Team members and three canines.
