A member of the Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, Federal Emergency Management Agency out of Virginia, Dan Gajewski speak with Jolly Hill resident, Gerry Groner about other residents in the area in the West of St. Croix, Sept. 22. The team has been on ground since right after the Category 5 storm came through St. Croix. The team quickly divided the island into sections for their missions.
