Members of the Fairfax County Urban Search and Rescue Task Force, Federal Emergency Management Agency out of Virginia, Mark Schroeder and Dan Gajewski speak with residents on areas that were passable in the rainforest region- in the West of St. Croix, Sept. 22. The team has been on ground since right after the Category 5 storm came through St. Croix. The team quickly divided the island into sections for their missions.
