YAUCO, Puerto Rico -- Julio Aluaeado, a worker with BIM Contractors, places a wooden stake used to mark the boundaries of the emergency levee construction project undertaken by the Army Corps of Engineers in Yauco, Puerto Rico, Nov. 6, 2017. A team of Corps engineers and support staff worked long hours in order to expedite the levee project after the Yauco river burst over its banks into the Lucchetti community, destroying homes and forcing the evacuation of residents.
