AGUADILLA, Puerto Rico – Residents in the mountain community of Atalaya, near the border of the Rincon and Aguada municpalities, indicate to electrical repair workers on the street that electricity to their home is now working, Nov. 14. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, working with contractor PowerSecure and its sub-contractors, currently has electrical repair crews at multiple sites throughout northwestern Puerto Rico that have been restoring power to up to 1,000 residences a day.
