In support of FEMA's Hurricane Maria recovery efforts in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Non-Federal Generator Operation and Maintenance mission is assessing and repairing generators that already existed on the island prior to the hurricane. The Quality Assurance teams and contractor crews must be prepared to troubleshoot and repair a vast array of generator types because the generators are often unique, older models that may require odd parts. Shown here is a control panel for a generator that powers a flood control pump near San Juan.
