Gen. Robert W. Cone, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, commanding general, serves as grand marshal at the 52nd Annual Armed Forces Day Celebration and Parade in Torrance, Calif., May 21. Torrance is one of few cities nationwide sanctioned by the Department of Defense to honor the armed forces through an annual parade and celebration.
