Gen. Robert W. Cone, the commanding general of the United States Training and Doctrine Command, observes the festivities of the 52nd Annual Torrance Armed Forces Day Parade in Torrance, Calif., May 21. Each year, the city honors a different branch of the military for the parade. This year’s celebration honored the United States Army. Cone served as the grand marshal for the event.
