CAMP HANSEN, OKINAWA, Japan— Brig. Gen. Christopher A. McPhillips, left, presents Lance Cpl. Raymond Lemus an award during the awards ceremony for the United States Marine Corps Marksmanship Competition-Far East Dec. 15 aboard Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan. Lemus was a competitor on the pistol team representing Marine Corps Base Camp Butler. Members of the team received the Shively Trophy and a personal award. McPhillips is the commanding general of 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
