Beth Buckrucker, quality assurance representative, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, watches as a Corps' contractor clears the street from a recently cut tree in Joplin, Mo. The tree and other vegetation placed on the right of way for pickup will be loaded onto trucks and sent to the Schifferdecker debris removal site to be further processed. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is managing debris removal as part of the federal tornado recovery effort.
