    Simon Fet, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers temporary housing mission manager for the Joplin Recovery Field Office, monitors the installation of the first FEMA modular housing units to arrive at the Officer Jeff Taylor Memorial Acres temporary housing site here July 23. Fet manages construction of the Memorial Acres and nearby Hope Haven sites, which will accommodate 346 modular houses for residents displaced by the EF-5 tornado here May 22.
