    Jason Ritter, a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers temporary housing adviser, watches as the first FEMA modular homes roll through the gates of the Officer Jeff Taylor Memorial Acres temporary housing site here July 23. The nearly 24-acre temporary housing site and the nearby Hope Haven site, constructed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, will accommodate 346 modular houses for residents displaced by the EF-5 tornado here May 22.
