The first FEMA modular home rolls through the gates of the Officer Jeff Taylor Memorial Acres temporary housing site here at 8:39 a.m., July 23. The nearly 24-acre temporary housing site and the nearby Hope Haven site, constructed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, will accommodate 346 modular houses for residents displaced by the EF-5 tornado here May 22.
