NORFOLK, Va. (June 12, 2018) -- Senior Chief Aviation Electronics Technician Terry West, from Columbus, Georgia, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) aviation intermediate maintenance department, is covered by Master Chief Machinist's Mate OJ Miller during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
