NORFOLK, Va. (June 12, 2018) -- Senior Chief Personnel Specialist LoVon Colter, from District of Columbia, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) administration department, is pinned to her current rank by Master Chief Avionics Technician Tinesha Troupe and Chief Warrant Officer Shawnette Williams during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
