NORFOLK, Va. (June 12, 2018) -- Senior Chief Culinary Specialist Brian Cook, from Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) supply department, is covered by Senior Chief Culinary Specialist Tonia Rogers during a senior chief petty officer pinning ceremony in the ship's hangar bay.
