    31st Marine Expeditionary Unit       

    Lance Cpl. Dylan Waller, a rifleman with Echo Company, Battalion Landing Team, 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, maneuvers through the jungle during a land navigation course at Jungle Warfare Training Center, Camp Gonsalves, Okinawa, Japan, July 30, 2018. Waller, a native of San Antonio, Texas, enlisted from recruiting substation San Antonio before leaving for basic training in November of 2015. The Marines trained at JWTC to prepare for an upcoming patrol of the Indo-Pacific region as the Ground Combat Element for the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit.
