Lance Cpl. Bryan Gillis, a drafting and surveying engineer, passes buckets of concrete to Cpl. Gilbert Camacho Jr., an expeditionary airfield technician, Sept. 21. The concrete is being used for the ceiling of a school. Camacho and Gillis are with Engineer Operations Company, Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, Marine Wing Support Group 17, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and have been participating in the Bangladesh Interoperability Program 11, a bilateral engineering civil action project where the Marines and elements of the Bangladesh Armed Forces Division have been expanding the second story of a school.
