Lance Cpl. Alex Wisecup controls the speed of a concrete mixer as Sgt. Samuel Holthouser adds hand-crushed brick to the mix Sept. 25. Holthouser and Wisecup are combat engineers with Engineer Operations Company, Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, Marine Wing Support Group 17, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and have been participating in a engineering civil action project, the Bangladesh Interoperability Program '11, where they have been expanding the second story of a school along with elements of the Bangladesh Armed Forces Division.
