Lance Cpl. Jesse Case, a heavy equipment operator with Engineer Operations Company, Marine Wing Support Squadron 172, Marine Wing Support Group 17, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force, ties steel wire around rebar, Sept. 21, to hold it together. The rebar will be encased in concrete which will also reinforce the concrete. The Marines have been participating in the Bangladesh Interoperability Program 11, a bilateral engineering civil action project where the Marines and elements of the Bangladesh Armed Forces Division have been expanding the second story of a school.
