CW5 Jay Vincent, Senior Personnel Advisor, Massachusetts Army National Guard, and member of the Multi-Systems Transformation Advisory Group, compiled workflow notes from the National Guard Bureau P3 Cell at the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Systems Acceptance Test (SAT) at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa. Sept. 12, 2018. The P3 Cell is responsible for establishing policy, process and procedures for the National Guard’s implementation of IPPS-A. The cell is tasked with reviewing customer relationship management tickets, providing guidance to the SAT Test Lab and updating the National Guard Bureau on test scenarios and defect resolution. In this scenario (pictured) the team sketches out the workflow of how IPPS-A would process an officer promoted to battalion commander.
