The dual entry cell at the System Acceptance Test (SAT) for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army helped ensure the no Pennsylvania Army National Guard Soldier’s personnel data was lost during the transition from SIDPERS to IPPS-A. The dual entry cell analyzed and compared output files to resolve defects, test and evaluate all inbound and outbound HR interfaces using Army National Guard (ARNG) Soldiers in an operational environment. The SAT, held at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa., Sept. 2018, includes members of the National Guard Bureau G1, PA ARNG G1, Multi-Systems Transformation Advisory Group, Reserve Component Automation System (RCAS), Interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS), Total Army Personnel Database – Guard (TAPDB-G), Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS), G8 and the Army Organizational Server (AOS).
